As per state laws, we require all our customers to have full coverage auto-insurance. You will need a full coverage auto-insurance policy that includes comprehensive and collision coverage, as well as liability coverage. Check our Insurance page for more details.
Each Authorized Driver must have a valid operator’s license and be at least age [21]
“Authorized Driver” means (a) the Renter; (b) any additional driver listed by us on this Agreement; and (c) any other person defined as an “authorized driver” under applicable law.
Yes, we do offer drop-off and pick for a flat rate fee of $100.
Note: We only offer service to DC, Maryland and Virginia
We have a 24-hour grace period for customers to cancel their reservations from the initial transaction. Afterwards, if the reservation is canceled seven or more days before the scheduled rental date, there will be no penalty.
